On July 16, 2025, Mr. Tan Yueqi(Vincent), equity partner of Beijing Zhongyin (Shenzhen) Law Firm, has been officially appointed to the list of arbitrators at the Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC). This appointment recognizes Mr. Tan’s professional expertise and influence in the field of international commercial arbitration.
In his career, for a long time, Tan Yueqi(Vincent) has focused on international trade, cross-border equity investment and international construction engineering, earning high trust from clients. Additionally, Tan Yueqi(Vincent) also serves as observer at the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law (UNCITRAL), arbitrator at the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC), arbitrator at the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC), arbitrator at the China Maritime Arbitration Commission (CMAC), arbitrator at the Shenzhen Court of International Arbitration (SCIA), arbitrator at the Russian Arbitration Center, arbitrator at the Wuhan Arbitration Commission, Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (FCIArb), member of the European Chinese Arbitrators Association(ECAA), practical mentor for LLM at Renmin University of China, Registered Foreign Lawyer in the Law Society of Hong Kong, council member of the Chinese Society of International Private Law, and council member of the Han Depei Legal Foundation at Wuhan University.
