2025年3月14日，北京中銀（深圳）律師事務所權益合伙人譚岳奇律師正式當選香港國際仲裁中心（HKIAC）仲裁員。
譚岳奇律師為武漢大學法學博士、中國人民大學法學院法律碩士實務導師、聯合國國際貿易法委員會觀察員、中國國際經濟貿易仲裁委員會（CIETAC）仲裁員、中國海事仲裁委員會（CMAC）仲裁員、深圳國際仲裁院（SCIA）仲裁員、俄羅斯仲裁中心（RAC）外籍仲裁員、武漢仲裁委員會（WHAC）仲裁員、英國皇家特許仲裁員協會高級會員（FCIArb）、香港律師協會認證涉外律師、中國國際私法學會理事。
譚岳奇律師在涉外訴訟與仲裁領域擁有深厚的理論功底和豐富的實踐經驗。此次當選是對譚岳奇律師在國際商事仲裁領域卓越專業能力的充分肯定，同時也進一步彰顯中銀律所在涉外業務以及涉外人才儲備方面的影響力。

Tan Yueqi(Vincent) Joins the HKIAC’s List of Arbitrators
On March 14, 2025, Tan Yueqi(Vincent), equity partner of Beijing Zhongyin (Shenzhen) Law Firm, joined the Hong Kong International Arbitration Center’s List of Arbitrators.
Tan Yueqi(Vincent) graduated from Wuhan University with a Phd degree. He is a practical tutor for LLM of Law School of Renmin University of China and also an observer of United Nations Commission on International Trade Law(UNCITRAL). He is listed on panel of China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission(CIETAC), China Maritime Arbitration Commission(CMAC), Shenzhen Court of International Arbitration(SCIA), Russian Arbitration Center(RAC) and Wuhan Arbitration Centre(WHAC). In addition, he is Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (FCIArb), Registered Foreign Lawyer in the Law Society of Hong Kong and a council member of China Society of Private International Law.
He possesses profound theoretical knowledge and extensive practical experience in the field of foreign-related litigation and arbitration. His election is a full confirmation of his outstanding professional capabilities in the international commercial arbitration fields, and it further highlights the influence of Zhongyin Law Firm in foreign-related business and talent reserves.
